तस्यापि ह वा आत्मजस्य विप्रः पुत्रस्नेहानुबद्धमना आसमावर्तनात्संस्कारान्यथोपदेशं विदधान उपनीतस्य च पुनः शौचाचमनादीन्कर्मनियमाननभिप्रेतानपि समशिक्षयदनुशिष्टेन हि भाव्यं पितुः पुत्रेणेति ॥ ३ ॥
