The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.133.14

तस्मिन्जवेन पतिते वसुधा चचाल साम्भोधिशैलवनपत्तनजङ्गलौघा ।
चक्रे भृगुद्वयमयानजलस्रवन्ती भीमाकृतीन्व्यधुरदेहविभेदगर्तान् ॥ १४ ॥

tasminjavena patite vasudhā cacāla sāmbhodhiśailavanapattanajaṅgalaughā |
cakre bhṛgudvayamayānajalasravantī bhīmākṛtīnvyadhuradehavibhedagartān || 14 ||

Then as it felt down in full force, the earth shook beneath its weight, with all trembling waters and tottering mountains, and shaking woods and forests. The mountains burst forth in cataracts, which overflowed on the land, and bored it to horrible holes.
