The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.98.2

कुम्भ उवाच ।
चित्तं नास्त्येव हे राजन्कदाचित्किंचन क्वचित् ।
यच्चेदं चित्तवद्भाति तद्ब्रह्माभिधमव्ययम् ॥ २ ॥

kumbha uvāca |
cittaṃ nāstyeva he rājankadācitkiṃcana kvacit |
yaccedaṃ cittavadbhāti tadbrahmābhidhamavyayam || 2 ||

Kumbha replied:—You have truly said, O prince, that there is no such real entity as the mind at any time and in any space whatever; and that which appears as the mind, is no other than a faculty of the only one everlasting Brahma.
