The Sanskrit edition of the Apastamba Grihya-sutra with the commentaries of Haradatta (called the Anakula-vritti) and Sudarshana (called the Grihyatatparyadarshana-vyakhya). The Apastamba Grihyasutra is a short treatise on Vedic rituals which, together with the Hiranyakeshin-grihya-sutra, belongs to the Taittiriya School of the Black Yajur-Veda. Haradatta’s Anākulā-vṛtti (sūtra 22.9)

na piṇḍanidhānamityucyamāne'nvaṣṭakāyāmapi piṇḍanidhānaṃ na syāt /
aṣṭakā prakṛtā /
tatra kaḥ prasaṅgo yadanvaṣṭakāyāṃ na syāt /
evaṃ tarhi etat jñāpayati - vikalpo'tra vidhirayam /
ataḥ kṛtsnasya karmaṇo viṣayo bhavati sāpūpasya sānvaṣṭakasyeti /
tena dadhyañjaliḥ kṛtsnaikāṣṭakākaraṇāt vikalpyate sāpūpena sānvaṣṭakeneti kecit /
vayaṃ tu brūmaḥ - aṣṭakāyāmakṛtāyāṃ bhojanamasya na bhavatītyetadarthameva vacanamanvaṣṭakāyāṃ yat piṇḍadānaṃ tadiha .... nāsmin karmaṇi pṛthak kartavyamiti //10//

Sudarśana’s Gṛhyatātparyadarśana-vyākhyā (sūtra 22.9)

śvobhūto'nvaṣṭaketi vidhāsyate tasyāmanvaṣṭakāyāmeva piṇḍanidhānaṃ piṇḍapradānaṃ nāṣṭakāyāmityeke ācāryā upadiśanti /

kecit - na piṇḍanidhānameke iti vaktavye anvaṣṭakāyāmevaika ityevaṃ vacanametat jñāpayati - vikalpo'tra vidhīyamānaḥ kṛtsnasya karmaṇaḥ sāpūpahomasya sānvaṣṭakasya viṣaye bhavatīti /
tena dadhihomaḥ kṛtsnenānvaṣṭakāntenāṣṭakākarmaṇā vikalpyata iti /

kecittu - anvaṣṭakāyāṃ yat piṇḍanidhānaṃ, tadevāsya, na punastadasmin pradeśe pṛthak kartavyamiti vacanavyaktyāsya karmaṇo'samāptatvasūcanam /
tenānvaṣṭakāyāmakṛtāyāṃ na karturbhojanaṃ, nāpi pañcamahāyajñā iti /

vastutastu - bhāṣyakāreṇātrārthaviśeṣasyānuktatvāt,'anvaṣṭakobhayorapi pakṣayo'riti vakṣyamāṇatvāt, avāntaraprayogasya samāptesspaṣṭatvācca,'anvaṣṭakāyāmevaika'ityeṣo'nvaṣṭakāyāmeva piṇḍanidhānaṃ nāṣṭakāyāmiti phalābhiprāyo vyapadeśa iti mantavyam //


atha yajñopavītaprācīnavītayorvivekaḥ - aupakārye ca māṃsaudanahomeṣu cāditaścaturṣu, ṣaṣṭhe ca piṣṭānnahome ca, ājyahome cāditaṣ,ṭsu, dadhihome cāghārādiṣu ca (prāk teṣu ityadhikam /
eva pratiṣiddham) yajñopavītaṃ, mantrāṇāṃ denaliṅgatvāt /
anyatra prakṛtivat prācīnāvītameva /

nanu cātra kaliyuge dharmajñasamayādgorālambho niṣiddhaḥ /
tena yadyapi'māṃsaudanamuttarābhiḥ'ityatra havirupasarjanībhūtamāṃsābhāve'pi kevalaudanahaviṣkahomaiḥ pradhānāntarasahitaiḥ aṣṭakādhikārasiddherupapattiḥ;tathāpi vapāhome svarūpasyaivābhāvānna yujyate /
maivam, pramāṇabalena kasmiṃścit pradhāne niṣiddhe'pi pradhānāntaraireva viṣayapratyabhijñānādadhikārasiddherupapannatvāt /
ata eva darśapūrṇamāsayoḥ'nāsomayājī sannayet'; (tai.saṃ. 2-5-5),'nāsomayājino brāhmaṇasyāgnīṣomīyaḥ puroḍāśo vidyate'(āpa.śrau. ) iti niṣiddhayorapi sānnāyyāgnīṣomayostadvyatiriktaireva pradhānairadhikārasiddhiḥ /
iyāṃstu bhedaḥ - kvacicchrutirniṣedhikā, kvaciddharmajñasamaya iti /
dharmajñasamayo'pi vedavat pramāṇam /
athavā ājyameva vapāmāṃsayossthāne prayoktavyam /
'ājyena śeṣaṃ saṃsthāpayet'iti pātnīvate darśanāt'ājyasya pratyākhyāmavadyet'(tai.saṃ.3-1-3) iti darśanācca /
prāptistu nityatvādevāṣṭakāyāḥ kṛtsnāyāḥ /

yadvā - gossthāne chāga evālabdhavyaḥ, prastutasamānayogakṣeme'aindrāgnaṃ punarutsṛṣṭamālabheta'(tai.saṃ.2-1-5) ityatra goḥ punarutsṛṣṭasya sthāne'punarutsṛṣṭaśchāgaḥ'iti bharadvājasūtradarśanāt /
api vātyantalaghurapi dadhihomapakṣaḥ kaliyuge vyavasthito draṣṭavyaḥ /
pramāṇaṃ tu traividyavṛddhāśśiṣṭā eva //9//
