This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 19.3

एतां सर्वां प्रवक्ष्यामि उपहारां मनोरमां ।
तस्य सत्वप्रधानस्य शृणु विक्रीडितं शुभं ॥ ३ ॥

etāṃ sarvāṃ pravakṣyāmi upahārāṃ manoramāṃ |
tasya satvapradhānasya śṛṇu vikrīḍitaṃ śubhaṃ || 3 ||

I shall relate all these edifying apparitions. Listen to the tale of the pleasant diversion of the Chief of Men. (3)
