The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

तदहं हृदयं जन्तोराविशं विषमान्तरम् ।
नरोऽवयवसंबाधं नरवृन्दमिवाधिकः ॥ २२ ॥

tadahaṃ hṛdayaṃ jantorāviśaṃ viṣamāntaram |
naro'vayavasaṃbādhaṃ naravṛndamivādhikaḥ || 22 ||

I then entered into his heart, which is difficult of access, and I passed therein with as much jostling, as a strong man makes his way amidst a thickly crowded throng of men.
