The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.128.85

क्वचिन्मुक्त इवात्मस्थः क्वचित्तुर्यपदाभिधः ।
क्वचित्प्रणीतप्रकृतिः क्वचित्तत्स्थः पुमानयम् ॥ ८५ ॥

kvacinmukta ivātmasthaḥ kvacitturyapadābhidhaḥ |
kvacitpraṇītaprakṛtiḥ kvacittatsthaḥ pumānayam || 85 ||

He is some times known as a liberated soul, and relying in himself;at others he is seen to be settled in his turya state of hypnotism, and sometimes as a male or female agent of creation.
