The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.87.24

अजमजरमनाद्यनेकमेकं पदममलं सकलं च निष्कलं च ।
स्थित इति स तदा नभःस्वरूपादपि विमलस्थितिरीश्वरः क्षणेन ॥ २४ ॥

ajamajaramanādyanekamekaṃ padamamalaṃ sakalaṃ ca niṣkalaṃ ca |
sthita iti sa tadā nabhaḥsvarūpādapi vimalasthitirīśvaraḥ kṣaṇena || 24 ||

In short he remained as the one undecaying and without its beginning, which is one and many, and simple without its parts. Which is purer than the pure ether, and which is the Lord God of all.
