This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 19.130

एतत् श्रुत्वा तरु राजा संबुद्धम् इदम् अब्रवीत् ।
नमस् ते वादिशार्दूल सर्वसंशयसूदन ॥ १३० ॥

etat śrutvā taru rājā saṃbuddham idam abravīt |
namas te vādiśārdūla sarvasaṃśayasūdana || 130 ||

When he heard this King Taru addressed the Buddha, saying, “Homage to thee, O tiger in eloquence, O thou dispeller of doubt. (130)
