This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 64.75

उष्णीषशीर्षा ते नाथा ईदृशा यादृशो भवां ।
अनुल्लोकितमूर्ध्नानि सुरेहि असुरेहि च ॥ ७५ ॥

uṣṇīṣaśīrṣā te nāthā īdṛśā yādṛśo bhavāṃ |
anullokitamūrdhnāni surehi asurehi ca || 75 ||

“The saviours had turbans on their heads, just as the Lord has. Their heads could not be looked on by Suras and A suras. (75)
