The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

यच्च जातमिवाभाति व्योम्नि व्योमैव तत्तथा ।
तत्रैकद्वित्वकलना कीदृशी स्यादरूपिणी ॥ १८ ॥

yacca jātamivābhāti vyomni vyomaiva tattathā |
tatraikadvitvakalanā kīdṛśī syādarūpiṇī || 18 ||

That which appears to be produced, is only a void in the midst of primeval vacuum (teo et beo); nor can there be the attribution of unity or duality to the infinite vacuity.
