The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

श्रीराम उवाच ।
ततः किं तस्य भवति वासनातानवे स्थिते ।
पिण्डग्रहे गतेऽर्थानां स्वप्नोपमजगत्स्थितेः ॥ ५८ ॥

śrīrāma uvāca |
tataḥ kiṃ tasya bhavati vāsanātānave sthite |
piṇḍagrahe gate'rthānāṃ svapnopamajagatsthiteḥ || 58 ||

Rama asked said:—What then becomes of the man, after subsidence of the worldly sights and desires from his mind; like the gross looking objects of a dream; and after the mind rests in its state of listless indifference.
