The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

यो हि यन्मय एवासौ स न पश्यति तत्कथम् ।
असत्यैव जगद्भ्रान्तिरेवं प्रौढिमुपागता ॥ १६ ॥

yo hi yanmaya evāsau sa na paśyati tatkatham |
asatyaiva jagadbhrāntirevaṃ prauḍhimupāgatā || 16 ||

Whatever exists in any manner, the same is the selfsame Brahma itself; and yet no body perceives it as such, owing to the predominant error of all, of believing the unreal world as a real existence.
