The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

चिरं कल्लोलवलितः सुमना जलधौ भ्रमे ।
परं पारमुपागत्य परां विश्रान्तिमेति सः ॥ ५० ॥

ciraṃ kallolavalitaḥ sumanā jaladhau bhrame |
paraṃ pāramupāgatya parāṃ viśrāntimeti saḥ || 50 ||

The wise man is tossed about like a flower, by the rolling waves in the eventful ocean of this world; and is set at rest, no sooner he gets over it, and reaches the beach on the other side.
