The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.103.51

इदं वनमिमे वृक्षा भृत्योऽयमहमादृतः ।
रोचते ते न चेतस्वर्गस्तदिह स्थीयतां प्रभो ॥ ५१ ॥

idaṃ vanamime vṛkṣā bhṛtyo'yamahamādṛtaḥ |
rocate te na cetasvargastadiha sthīyatāṃ prabho || 51 ||

If these woods and trees and myself who am so devoted to you, should find favour in your sight than the bliss of your heavenly abode, then may you please to take your residence with me in this lonely forest.
