The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

पश्यामि कान्तमित्युक्तं ममाप्युत्कण्ठते मनः ।
मञ्जरीजालवलितास्तरुं वल्ल्यः स्वकं पतिम् ॥ ३१ ॥

paśyāmi kāntamityuktaṃ mamāpyutkaṇṭhate manaḥ |
mañjarījālavalitāstaruṃ vallyaḥ svakaṃ patim || 31 ||

My mind roves and runs mad, when I say, I will see my lord, and when I will see these creepers turning round and clasping their supporting tree.
