The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.22.42

अथाभ्युवाचासुरराडाः संस्मृतमिति क्षणात् ।
स्वात्मन्येव मनस्यर्थं सभ्रूभङ्गं विमर्शयन् ॥ ४२ ॥

athābhyuvācāsurarāḍāḥ saṃsmṛtamiti kṣaṇāt |
svātmanyeva manasyarthaṃ sabhrūbhaṅgaṃ vimarśayan || 42 ||

Coming then to himself; he said:—"Ah! I now come to remember, what I had heard from my father": so saying he stretched his eye-brows, and gave vent to what he thought in his mind.
