तस्माद्भजस्वमां ब्रह्मन् सत्वभावस्थितस्सदा ।
आहारत्रैविध्यम् ।
सत्वादि गुणयुक्ताना माहार स्त्रिविधः स्मृतः ।
स्निग्थाश्च मधुरा हृद्या स्तिष्ठतः प्रथमे गुणे ॥ 57 ॥

tasmādbhajasvamāṃ brahman satvabhāvasthitassadā |
āhāratraividhyam |
satvādi guṇayuktānā māhāra strividhaḥ smṛtaḥ |
snigthāśca madhurā hṛdyā stiṣṭhataḥ prathame guṇe || 57 ||
