परसूक्ष्मविबागेन ततो मन्त्रात्मना स्मरेत् ।
परसूक्ष्मोभयात्मनाऽवस्थितस्य मन्त्रात्मस्वरूपस्य भावनम् ।
परं ज्योतिर्मयं रूपमाह्लादानन्दलक्षणम् ॥ 23 ॥

parasūkṣmavibāgena tato mantrātmanā smaret |
parasūkṣmobhayātmanā'vasthitasya mantrātmasvarūpasya bhāvanam |
