Verse 11.1

जनमेजय उवाच ।
कथं वै श्राद्धदेवत्वमादित्यस्य विवस्वतः ।
श्रोतुमिच्छामि विप्राग्र्य श्राद्धस्य च परं विधं ।
पितॄणामादिसर्गं च क एते पितरः स्मृताः ॥ १ ॥
