The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.210.30

यतो जगच्चिदुन्मेषो व्योमात्माप्रतिघं ततः ।
चिन्मात्रं यत्र यत्रास्ति तत्र तत्रोचितं जगत् ॥ ३० ॥

yato jagaccidunmeṣo vyomātmāpratighaṃ tataḥ |
cinmātraṃ yatra yatrāsti tatra tatrocitaṃ jagat || 30 ||

Wherever there is the evolution of the world in the intellect, there is the presence of the subtile soul also at that place, and whenever there is a jot of thought anywhere, it is attended with the thought of the world also.
