The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

किमप्याद्यन्तरहितमस्तीह सदनामयम् ।
स्थितं त्वमहमित्यादिरूपेण ब्रह्मशब्दितम् ॥ ३ ॥

kimapyādyantarahitamastīha sadanāmayam |
sthitaṃ tvamahamityādirūpeṇa brahmaśabditam || 3 ||

There is a self existent and undecaying Being from all eternity, which is without its beginning or end, which is designated the great Brahma, and passes herein under the little of I and thou, and of this and that &c.
