The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.157.2

मन्त्री वदिष्यति ।
रहस्यं शृणु भो राजन्सावधानपरः क्षणम् ।
चोदितः संदधासीदमद्य मान्द्यविनाशनम् ॥ २ ॥

mantrī vadiṣyati |
rahasyaṃ śṛṇu bho rājansāvadhānaparaḥ kṣaṇam |
coditaḥ saṃdadhāsīdamadya māndyavināśanam || 2 ||

The minister will say in his reply said:—"Hear me attentively, O king, for a while; and I will tell you this secret, which you require me to relate, and will surely remove your ignorance.
