The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

मेघा इवातिघनघुंघुमघोषभीमा वीचीचयाः कनकपत्तनविद्युतोऽमी ।
व्योम्नि भ्रमन्ति गजवाजिमृगेन्द्रनागवृक्षाद्रिकाननमहीतलतुल्यदेहाः ॥ ५६ ॥
meghā ivātighanaghuṃghumaghoṣabhīmā vīcīcayāḥ kanakapattanavidyuto'mī |
vyomni bhramanti gajavājimṛgendranāgavṛkṣādrikānanamahītalatulyadehāḥ || 56 ||
The clouds were roaring aloud with deep and appalling thunder, and the billows were flashing like frightful lightnings in the air; elephants, horses, and ferocious lions were wandering in the atmosphere, and forests as large as the earth, were floating in the sky.
