The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.129.43

स जगन्ति भ्रमन्दूरे यस्मिन्सर्गे मृगः स्थितः ।
ससर्गोऽयमिति व्योम्नि काकतालीयवत्स्थितम् ॥ ४३ ॥

sa jaganti bhramandūre yasminsarge mṛgaḥ sthitaḥ |
sasargo'yamiti vyomni kākatālīyavatsthitam || 43 ||

The place where the prince is reborn in his form of a stag, after all his wanderings in other spheres were over; is in this orb of earth, where he is placed on a certain spot by an act of unaccountable chance.
