The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.108.41

आकाशकान्तिसन्नाहैर्दिशं प्रति बलं बलम् ।
उदेत्यलघुकल्लोलैः प्रलयार्णवपूरवत् ॥ ४१ ॥

ākāśakāntisannāhairdiśaṃ prati balaṃ balam |
udetyalaghukallolaiḥ pralayārṇavapūravat || 41 ||

The groups of armed armaments in the field, resemble the warlike array of clouds in the sky; and likens to the huge surges, rising upon the surface of the sea, troubled by the gusts of the deluge.
