The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.44.14

श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।
इमां द्रक्ष्यसि मायां त्वं ततस्त्यक्ष्यसि चेत्यजः ।
उक्त्वा ययावदृश्यत्वं गान्धर्वमिव पत्तनम् ॥ १४ ॥

śrīvasiṣṭha uvāca |
imāṃ drakṣyasi māyāṃ tvaṃ tatastyakṣyasi cetyajaḥ |
uktvā yayāvadṛśyatvaṃ gāndharvamiva pattanam || 14 ||

Vasishtha said:—To this the god replied:—you shall verily behold this delusion, and get rid of it afterwards, by virtue of thy devotion. Saying so, the god disappeared from his sight as an aerial castle.
