The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

अथ शुश्राव तत्रासौ गिरो राजा विदूरथः ।
योधानां दग्धदाराणां पश्यतामभिधावताम् ॥ २८ ॥

atha śuśrāva tatrāsau giro rājā vidūrathaḥ |
yodhānāṃ dagdhadārāṇāṃ paśyatāmabhidhāvatām || 28 ||

At this moment the prince Viduratha heard a voice, proceeding from his soldiers, at the sight of their wives flying from the scorching flames.
