The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

पश्यादिशाशु मां मातः प्रपन्नं शरणागतम् ।
भक्तेऽवहेला वरदे महतां न विराजते ॥ ३२ ॥

paśyādiśāśu māṃ mātaḥ prapannaṃ śaraṇāgatam |
bhakte'vahelā varade mahatāṃ na virājate || 32 ||

Look upon me, thy suppliant, with kindness, and deign to confer the favour I ask of thee; because the great never disdain to grant the prayers of their suppliants.
