हरी॒ न्व॑स्य॒ या वने॑ वि॒दे वस्विन्द्रो॑ म॒घैर्म॒घवा॑ वृत्र॒हा भु॑वत् । ऋ॒भुर्वाज॑ ऋभु॒क्षाः प॑त्यते॒ शवोऽव॑ क्ष्णौमि॒ दास॑स्य॒ नाम॑ चित् ॥
हरी न्वस्य या वने विदे वस्विन्द्रो मघैर्मघवा वृत्रहा भुवत् । ऋभुर्वाज ऋभुक्षाः पत्यते शवोऽव क्ष्णौमि दासस्य नाम चित् ॥
harī nv asya yā vane vide vasv indro maghair maghavā vṛtrahā bhuvat | ṛbhur vāja ṛbhukṣāḥ patyate śavo 'va kṣṇaumi dāsasya nāma cit ||

English translation:

“With his two bay horses which bestow riches at the sacrifice, Indra, wealthy with wealth, is the slayerof Vṛtra; the brilliant, powerful, mighty Indra is the lord of strength; (through him) I cut off the head of the Dāsa.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Brilliant, powerful, mighty: ṛbhu, vāja, ṛbhukṣan: names of three ṛbhus, treates as epithets: dīpta, balavat,mahat; is the lord of strength: attacks the forces of the enemy; I cut off the head: nāma cit, namyate nena, thatwith which one bows; or, I destroy his very name
