एवं ध्यात्वा चंद्रदीप्तिप्रकाशं ध्यानेनारोप्याशु लिंगे शिवस्य ।
सदाशिवं दीपमध्ये विचिंत्य पंचाक्षरेणार्चनमव्ययं तु ॥ ९४ ॥
