This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 64.406

चक्रवर्ती महर्द्धिकः सप्तरत्नान ईश्वरः ।
राज्ये प्रतिष्ठितो बुद्धं सत्करोति पुनर् पुनः ॥ ४०६ ॥

cakravartī maharddhikaḥ saptaratnāna īśvaraḥ |
rājye pratiṣṭhito buddhaṃ satkaroti punar punaḥ || 406 ||

He becomes a mighty universal king, a sovereign possessing the seven treasures. Firmly established in his realm he worships the Buddha again and again. (406)
