The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

मुनिरुवाच ।
एवमुक्तः स तेनाथ सिन्धुरुद्धुरया धिया ।
तदा तत्र तथा नाम राष्ट्रं त्यक्ष्यत्यशेषतः ॥ ३२ ॥

muniruvāca |
evamuktaḥ sa tenātha sindhuruddhurayā dhiyā |
tadā tatra tathā nāma rāṣṭraṃ tyakṣyatyaśeṣataḥ || 32 ||

The sage related:—The king being thus remonstrated by his minister, was resolved to resign the burthen of his state, and to renounce his realm and royalty even at that very moment.
