The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

स्वसत्तामात्रकादन्यत्किंचित्तस्य न युज्यते ।
अन्यत्वमुररीकर्तुं व्योमानन्यमसौ किल ॥ ११ ॥

svasattāmātrakādanyatkiṃcittasya na yujyate |
anyatvamurarīkartuṃ vyomānanyamasau kila || 11 ||

Vacuity admits of no variety, besides its retaining the identity of its inanity; and in order to assume a diversity, the void must remain a void as ever.
