The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.69.23

किमिदं भूतभव्येश यदियं मामुपागता ।
वक्ति ज्ञानगिरास्मांस्त्वं बोधयेति प्रयत्नतः ॥ २३ ॥

kimidaṃ bhūtabhavyeśa yadiyaṃ māmupāgatā |
vakti jñānagirāsmāṃstvaṃ bodhayeti prayatnataḥ || 23 ||

How is it, O venerable sir, that this nymph has recourse to me, and tells me to enlighten you both with true knowledge, when you are acquainted whatever is past, and all that is to take place in future.
