अनन्तमिदमाशून्यं पुरो मे निर्मलं नभः ।
इह भूतं प्रयत्नेन प्रेक्ष्यमाणं न दृश्यते ॥ ८ ॥

anantamidamāśūnyaṃ puro me nirmalaṃ nabhaḥ |
iha bhūtaṃ prayatnena prekṣyamāṇaṃ na dṛśyate || 8 ||

I see the infinite space of the clear and inane sky lying before me, where I find no visible being appearing to my sight notwithstanding all my diligent search.
