The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

निर्विकारमलं ज्ञप्तेर्ज्ञेयान्तैकैव भासते ।
यथा योजनलक्षाभमेकमेवामलं नभः ॥ ६३ ॥

nirvikāramalaṃ jñapterjñeyāntaikaiva bhāsate |
yathā yojanalakṣābhamekamevāmalaṃ nabhaḥ || 63 ||

There is one unchanging soul, that shines afar above the reach of our knowledge; in the same manner as the clear vault of heaven, appears at the distance of millions of miles from us.
