The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

निगृहीतेन्द्रियग्रामा रामं जानन्ति योगिनः ।
वयं त्ववरमेवास्य रूपं रूपयितुं क्षमाः ॥ ९३ ॥

nigṛhītendriyagrāmā rāmaṃ jānanti yoginaḥ |
vayaṃ tvavaramevāsya rūpaṃ rūpayituṃ kṣamāḥ || 93 ||

The yogis of subdued organs discern Rama in spirit, but we of ordinary understanding can see him only in his outward figure.
