The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.128.92

राम इत्यवतीर्णोऽयमर्णवान्तःशयः पुमान् ।
चिदानन्दघनो रामः परमात्मायमव्ययः ॥ ९२ ॥

rāma ityavatīrṇo'yamarṇavāntaḥśayaḥ pumān |
cidānandaghano rāmaḥ paramātmāyamavyayaḥ || 92 ||

This Rama is an incarnation of the god Vishnu, who sleeps in the midst of the sea; he is the incarnate and undecaying supreme soul, and is a consolidation of the divine intellect and felicity in his person.
