The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.105.32

वन्दयित्वा तथा कृत्वा जप्यं गुल्मान्तरे स्थितौ ।
ततः कुम्भः शनैस्तत्र स्त्रैणमभ्याहरन्वपुः ॥ ३२ ॥

vandayitvā tathā kṛtvā japyaṃ gulmāntare sthitau |
tataḥ kumbhaḥ śanaistatra straiṇamabhyāharanvapuḥ || 32 ||

Afterwards Kumbha, changed as he was in the female form, and sitting before Sikhidvaja, lisped his faltering speech to him in the following manner.
