The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।
इत्युक्तवति वेताले वक्तुं प्रश्नान्विहस्य सः ।
उवाच वचनं राजा दन्तांशुधवलाम्बरः ॥ १ ॥

śrīvasiṣṭha uvāca |
ityuktavati vetāle vaktuṃ praśnānvihasya saḥ |
uvāca vacanaṃ rājā dantāṃśudhavalāmbaraḥ || 1 ||
