The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.47.12

भावाभावेषु यत्सत्यं चिन्मज्जाकल्पमेव तत् ।
मज्जासारा पदार्थश्रीस्तन्मयं स्यात्तदेव हि ॥ १२ ॥

bhāvābhāveṣu yatsatyaṃ cinmajjākalpameva tat |
majjāsārā padārthaśrīstanmayaṃ syāttadeva hi || 12 ||

All real essence is the substance of the apple-like Intellect, whether it is in being or not being and all objects whether in esse or non esse, obtain their form and figure according to the pith and marrow of that intellectual fruit.
