The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

कुलम्बनाहिमालोकां नात्युष्णां नातिशीतलाम् ।
शारदस्योदितार्कस्य हेमगौरीं प्रभामिव ॥ ५२ ॥

kulambanāhimālokāṃ nātyuṣṇāṃ nātiśītalām |
śāradasyoditārkasya hemagaurīṃ prabhāmiva || 52 ||

The light of the gems that spread over the ground, was neither too hot nor too cold;but resembled the golden rays of the rising sun in autumn.
