The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

पदातिरथहस्त्यश्वपताकाच्छत्रचामरैः ।
कदा स्यां दशदिक्कुञ्जपूरकोऽहं महीपतिः ॥ ११ ॥

padātirathahastyaśvapatākācchatracāmaraiḥ |
kadā syāṃ daśadikkuñjapūrako'haṃ mahīpatiḥ || 11 ||

Ah! how shall I become the monarch of all the ten sides, and have such a retinue of horse and elephants and foot soldiers, with a similar train of flags and flappers and blazing umbrellas.
