The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.17.18

सिंहासने समारूढं जयजीवेति संस्तुतम् ।
प्रस्तुतं मण्डलानीककार्यमाहर्तुमादृतम् ॥ १८ ॥

siṃhāsane samārūḍhaṃ jayajīveti saṃstutam |
prastutaṃ maṇḍalānīkakāryamāhartumādṛtam || 18 ||

He was seated on a throne, and lauded with the loud acclamations of "Long live the king," and "Be he victorious." His officers were prompt in the discharge of their several duties.
