The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

स्त्रीलोचनैस्तडित्पुञ्जैर्ज्वलाजालैस्तरङ्गकैः ।
चापलं शिक्षितं ब्रह्मञ्छैशवाक्रान्तचेतसः ॥ १५ ॥

strīlocanaistaḍitpuñjairjvalājālaistaraṅgakaiḥ |
cāpalaṃ śikṣitaṃ brahmañchaiśavākrāntacetasaḥ || 15 ||

The glances of women, the flashes of lightning, the flame of fire, and the ever-rolling waves, have all imitated the fickleness of boyhood.
