ध्यानप्रकारः ।
अहमेव परंब्रह्म तदिति ध्यानमास्थितः ।
स्थाणुभूतो दृढश्शश्वद्विषया न्नावबुध्यते ॥ 18 ॥

dhyānaprakāraḥ |
ahameva paraṃbrahma taditi dhyānamāsthitaḥ |
sthāṇubhūto dṛḍhaśśaśvadviṣayā nnāvabudhyate || 18 ||
