पाद्मसंहितायाम् ।
पञ्चमोऽध्यायः ।
ध्यानलक्षणम् ।
श्रीभगवान् ।
बध्वायोगासनं पूर्वं हृद्धेशे रचिताञ्जलिः ।
नासाग्रव्यस्तनयनो जिह्वां कृत्वाच च तालुनि ॥ 1 ॥
