The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

इदमित्थमिति प्रोता यत्र संवित्तदेव तत् ।
भवत्यवश्यं तत्त्वङ्ग सदेवास्त्वसदेव वा ॥ ३ ॥

idamitthamiti protā yatra saṃvittadeva tat |
bhavatyavaśyaṃ tattvaṅga sadevāstvasadeva vā || 3 ||

Whatever appears in any manner in our consciousness, (either as existing or non-existent, or as so and so); the same is thought as real as it seems to be, without our consideration of its true nature of a reality or otherwise.
