The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।
यादृक्स्यादज्ञविषयं जगत्तस्य न सत्यता ।
यादृक्व तज्ज्ञविषयं तदनाख्यं यदद्वयम् ॥ ७१ ॥

śrīvasiṣṭha uvāca |
yādṛksyādajñaviṣayaṃ jagattasya na satyatā |
yādṛkva tajjñaviṣayaṃ tadanākhyaṃ yadadvayam || 71 ||

Vasishtha replied:—Whatever is the ideal world of the ignorant, has no truth in it and is denied by the learned; and the conception which the sapient have of it, is that of a nameless and formless unity only.
